We aim to deliver the finest dental care at the most reasonable cost to our patients; therefore, payment is due at the time the service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made beforehand.

Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of your insurance coverage. Bay City Dental will provide a monthly statement so long as you have a pending balance with our practice. If your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that timeframe, please call our office right away. Any remaining balance not covered by your insurance provider will become your responsibility. We appreciate your prompt payment.
